After placing an order on our website, a representative of the Alina Issa online boutique will contact you.

  • Express delivery of prepaid orders within Moscow – 1,000 RUB.

  • Next-day delivery within Moscow (inside the MKAD ring road) – 500 RUB.

  • Delivery outside MKAD, within the Moscow region, and across Russia – 1,000 RUB.

  • Orders over 50,000 RUB – free delivery.

Orders within Moscow, the Moscow region, and St. Petersburg are delivered by Alina Issa’s own courier service.
Across Russia and the CIS, delivery is carried out via the specialized courier service “SpetsSvyaz” or via self-pickup.
International orders are shipped via DHL Express.

At the time of purchase, our online boutique manager will provide you with detailed information about delivery times and conditions.

Payment to courier is available only within Moscow and the Moscow region. For all other destinations, orders are shipped upon prepayment.
