The founder and designer of the eponymous brand, Alina Issa, followed a remarkable professional path before launching her own house in 2021. In Russia, she studied gemology at Moscow State University (Lomonosov MSU), gaining hands-on experience in expert laboratories. Seeking deeper knowledge and an international perspective, she continued her education at the Gemological Institute of America (GIA).
After completing her studies, Alina spent over a decade working with private international clients, sourcing unique and investment-grade gemstones from around the world to meet the highest standards of quality.
Her pursuit of excellence then took her to Paris, where she studied jewelry design at the renowned Haute École de Joaillerie, one of the world’s foremost institutions in the field.
In Paris, Alina developed a close friendship with one of France’s and indeed the world’s most distinguished jewelers — Sébastien Durgut. His atelier, St Honoré, is a place where technical mastery borders on the impossible. Through this collaboration, Alina established an internship opportunity for her brand’s jewelers at this legendary French workshop — a rare chance to absorb savoir-faire at the very highest level.
Alina Issa is a designer with a subtle sense of the nature of art. In her hands, jewelry becomes a language of emotions and symbols. Inspired by Art Deco and classical Modernism, Alina combines strict geometry with organic lines, while colored gemstones and diamonds create accents that give her pieces a unique energy.
“Art has always been an essential part of my life, an endless source of inspiration and the force that drives me forward every single day. In jewelry design, I have found myself, and with every year I fall deeper and deeper in love with it. Sketching, turning my feelings and thoughts into form, and then bringing those fantasies into reality — that is my true happiness,” says Alina.
